These terms govern your use of the Reflex mobile app and this website. By downloading or using Reflex, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.

1. The app

Reflex is a reaction-training game offered free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on devices you own or control, through the App Store or Google Play.

2. No warranty

Reflex is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores will always be preserved. It is a game, not a medical, diagnostic, or fitness device, and its results should not be treated as such.

3. Your data and backups

Because scores are stored only on your device, they are your responsibility. Uninstalling the app, resetting bests, clearing app storage, or switching phones will remove them, and we cannot recover them for you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where the law expressly allows;
• redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app;
• use the app in any unlawful way or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

The Reflex name, logo, artwork, drill designs, and code are owned by George Chakama and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Using the app does not transfer any of those rights to you.

6. Voluntary support

The “Buy me a coffee” link is a voluntary donation and buys no additional features, content, or obligations. Donations are processed by a third party and are generally non-refundable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, George Chakama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or scores, arising from your use of or inability to use Reflex.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
